Procedural Documentation

All organisations should have documentation showing how key tasks are carried out. These are quite different from the manuals supplied with your computer system.

Procedural documentation should state the following:

To be effective Procedural Documentation must be kept up to date as procedures change and must be readily available to relevant users.

Procedural Documentation will be useful for the induction of new staff and is essential for consistency and compliance. It is a requirement of many Internal Auditors and Quality Assurance organisations.

Procedures can be provided in a number of formats to suit your requirements. These can be bound for use as Office Reference Manuals, on disk or on your own system as part of your own Intranet. Please contact me for a quotation for your needs.
